What I build and operate.

A platform that automates day-to-day store operations:

• AI agents that handle customer conversations from first message to resolution: refunds, replacements, carrier claims, order changes.
• Shipping and label workflows automated from checkout to carrier handoff.
• Order management that handles routine cases automatically and escalates the rest.

It comes from direct experience: I ran a global e-commerce operation for three years before building it.

The construction trades run on spreadsheets, whiteboards, and phone calls. I'm taking the same operations-automation playbook into manufacturing software for the construction and glazing industry: quoting, job tracking, and shop-floor workflows that replace paper without demanding an IT department.

A seven-figure e-commerce business, bootstrapped

Co-founded and ran the digital transformation of a brick-and-mortar retailer into a global e-commerce business (2021-2024): international logistics across four countries, a distributed team, multi-currency finance, healthy margins throughout. No outside capital, profitable from early on.

A decade of engineering at scale

• AI agents, today. I work on agent infrastructure at one of the world's largest technology companies: the platform layer that turns LLM capability into dependable production behavior for millions of small businesses.
• Qualtrics. Architected a plug-and-play agentic AI framework adopted by 20+ product teams in its first week; before that, led modernization of the identity platform serving Global 500 clients.
• Microsoft. Built Azure services managing millions of enterprise Windows devices worldwide.
• U.S. Army Reserve (2015-2023). Led the migration of Army logistics onto a modern SAP platform and trained hundreds of personnel on it.
